For certain custom orders, requesting a sample is an important step. If the customer sees a sample before the production of the entire order, they can ensure that the products will turn out exactly as they envisioned. There are two types of samples: virtual and physical.
A virtual sample is a digital representation of the future product, created using 3D modeling software or other computer programs. Based on this, the customer can see the product’s shape without ordering a physical sample.
A physical sample is a real product that is manufactured by the factory before proceeding with the main order. The customer can touch and examine the sample to ensure that the colors, dimensions, and materials are accurate. The customer can thoroughly evaluate the sample and provide us with feedback if any adjustments are needed.
Once the customer approves the sample, we move on to the mass production phase. We find the most suitable factory that can offer the best quality at an optimal price. Over the years, we have established a reliable network of multiple factories with whom we have agreed upon special terms and discounted prices.
We provide the factories with all the necessary specifications and design files. During the production process, we stay in contact with the factory and monitor that the manufacturing proceeds smoothly. We offer guidance and relay any customer requests if needed.
During the production process, we provide the customer with information about the duration of production and when they can expect the goods to arrive. Deadlines are crucial information for the customer, especially when the promotional gifts are ordered for an event taking place on a specific date.
Once the products are ready at the factory, we organize the transportation of the goods. We usually collaborate with a courier company that delivers the products safely and on time to the customer. Sometimes we personally hand over the products to our customers. We are always available to the customer and keep them informed about transportation matters, finding quick solutions when needed.
